latitude 5320 severe QA issues

hi, posting to see if anybody else has had their latitude 5320 fleet die and no longer power on.

one week we had 5x latitude 5320s that all refused to power on, no lights, no screen light up, no power button LED.

i tried the standard SMC reset (self heal) procedure to no avail. all have now been fixed by mobo replacements in techdirect that i replaced myself but it boggles me, 5 in one week.

we use standard targus docks in our office and they connect via USB-C, i confirmed that our 5320 fleet charges fine via the included usb c chargers and the targus docks without issues
