Latitude 5431 touchpad lagging

Hello, i have a new Latitude 5431 with latest Windows 11 PRO (21H2 Build 22000.918). From the very beginning touchpad in Windows is randomly lagging, it looks like it freeze/stop for one second, even is SAFE MODE. I tried to reinstall driver (uninstalled via Device Manager and then WIndows automatically installed the new one) but it didn't help. Mouse connected to USB is working without any problems. Please help me, how to fix. Thanks
