Latitude 5480 issue
Hi,
Does anyone know what is the issue of my laptop? It seems like the cursor and keyboard is moving randomly. I'm not able to type anything on my keyboard now since the screen is moving randomly.
- I have checked in BIOS and ePsa but there is no error.
- Yesterday I have updated Intel HID Event Filter Driver, but it didn't solve the problem as well.
Please help.

While you are typing, are you coming into contact with the touchpad?

Do you have a WWAN card installed???
Do you notice any type of a bulge under the touchpad???

No, I didn't.
Right now I can't even use my laptop since the screen seems to be possessed. It's moving and highlighting things randomly

I'm not sure about WWAN card and there is no bulge under the touchpad
