Latitude 5500, error 8007139F

I am having the same problem with my Dell Latitude 5500. Countless reboots and nothing's changed, still Dell logo with "preparing Bitlocker recovery" underneath and follows by blue screen error code 8007139F. I tried everything from bios settings to SupportAssist recovery tools, Dell's bios repair, booting up from external hard drive trying to unlock/fix c drive. I am out of move at this point.
