Latitude 5580 BitLocker problems

Hi, I have a problem with BitLocker. After I turn on BitLocker and go on wizard I check the checkbox "Run system check" and after reboot I'm getting bitlocker error. In Event viewer there is TMP error 15 "The device driver for the Trusted Platform Module (TPM) encountered a non-recoverable error in the TPM hardware, which prevents TPM services (such as data encryption) from being used. For further help, please contact the computer manufacturer." My BIOS is in the latest version, TPM is on. If I unchecked "Run system chack" checkbox then it's encrypts my disk but on every boot asks me a recovery key.

Operating system: Windows 10 Pro

Service tag:

All drivers updated to the latest version. Is it possible to solve this problem?

There's a firmware update specifically for the TPM module on the 5580, and it takes a bit of doing to install properly, so if you haven't done that, I would.  You can find it on support.dell.com.  One version is if you want to stay on TPM 1.2 (assuming you're still there) and the other is to upgrade to TPM 2.0 or update to the newest firmware if you're already there.  Either way, be sure to read the Install Instructions on the download page carefully to make sure the update actually works.  If you're not sure which TPM version you're on now, check Device Manager, specifically under the Security Devices section.

I'm having the same issue, do you know what driver that is specifically?

I work in a enterprise environment. The bitlocker process starts on it's own, ask for a password, and then it start to encrypt C: drive, but right away it says failed to encrypt C:
