Latitude 7420 can't run

Latitude 7420

Hi, I have a Latitude 7420 laptop that's out of warranty and I can't turn it on. I don't have the original charger for this laptop, and I've been looking in forums to try and figure out what the problem might be. When I try to turn it on, there's no indication that anything has powered up; neither the power button nor any other lights seem to illuminate. Since I can't even turn it on, I can't test it with an external HDMI cable to see what's wrong.

I've been searching these forums and haven't found anything about a common problem.

If anyone has any ideas or can help me, I would really appreciate it. Thanks!

Hi

Have you considered a 90 watt DELL official charger?

Hello,

Have you performed a 30-second hard reset by holding the power button with all cables and the battery disconnected, and are you certain your non-original USB-C charger is rated at $65\text{W}$ or higher?
