Latitude 9420, Windows Hello Fingerprint unavailable
Latitude 9420
Recently I bought a Dell Latitude 9420 from the Dell online store. Everything works fine but when I try to set fingerprint in settings, it shows Windows Hello Fingerprint is currently unavailable. I have been looking for a solution without success. Could you help me please?

I recieved support many times without any solution yet, honestly I don`t know why?
eventhough I have other laptops Dell with at the same problem.

Reinstall the Dell ControlVault3 driver and firmware found on the Latitude 9420 drivers page. When done, restart the Laptop.
