Latitude D830- Replacement screen compatibility

Question

Since the D830 seems to have come with three compatible screens, can I replace the 1280 x 800 screen with the 1920 x 1200? Did they all use the same motherboard?

@ratsinthewalls, Greetings. All D830 LCDs used the same cable. Part numbers for D830: CoAxial Cable: GF120 WUXGA LCD ( 1920x1200 ):  RP784 You can use these in your parts search.
