Latitude e5430 bluetooth not working

Hi. I tried downloading the Bluetooth driver but it said my network switch was off. However, it is on. Turning it on and off affects my wifi but not the bluetooth connections. I went into BIOS and turned off the wireless switch but it seemed to do nothing. The wireless switch still works, and the bluetooth is still off. Im not sure how to proceed.

I know it does not solve the problem but try a bluetooth USB dongle, there only about £5 and always handy to keep in Ltop bag.

Welcome to the Dell Community  @Lilahm

If you have a Dell DW15xx WiFi card then you would need the 380 for Bluetooth.

But to install it is a pain.

Have you ever had Bluetooth before and what is your WiFi card model???

Best regards,

Hi,

I'm having a similar problem where the bluetooth keeps turning off & not connecting to my headphones. They worked yesterday, after a few attempts, now I can't get to work.

Please can anyone help?

Thanks,

Andrew
