Latitude E5430 running into problems

I have the Dell Latitude E5430

It was gifted to me and was brand new, it had Windows 7 but I upgraded it to Windows 10. 
Randomly like watching a video or something the laptop just says “You’re PC ran into a problem and we need to restart” it just says that like 5-10 times a day (not sure didn’t really count).
On 4 November at 12:30am to 3:00am it was just stuck in the Repair Loop, so the other day me and my father re-installed Windows 10 on it. 
It was going good I was reinstalling the apps but it ran into a problem again. 
Is there something wrong with the apps or maybe laptop can’t hold Windows 10? I can go back to Windows 7 if it fixes the problem. Currently I am resetting the Laptop with “Keep my files” because it’s stuck in Repair Loop again. I don’t know what will fix this.
