Latitude E5430 TCG-OPAL support?
Hey all -
We have a little squad of Dell Latitude E5430s that are still serving us well, if a little slowly due to the mechanical hard drives within them. We were thinking about upgrading them to SSD storage, but were wondering if we should spring for higher-end SSDs if the machine supports the Microsoft eDrive/TCG OPAL standards?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

We have several, but they are all out of warranty - I'm not sure why an inquiry into the capabilities of the machine (that are not included in the documentation available in the customer self-service portal) would necessitate a service tag or an active warranty. We have six E5430s, they are associated with this Dell account - if I wanted warranty support I wouldn't be in the forums. >:/
