Dear Dell
we have 4360 external batrries , we haven't charged since 3 years is brand new in it's box from Dell see in carton box. I have tested ten PCs today but it appears charging health = normal then after 5 second appear idle health = communicator error I have wait for on PCs 24 hour to recharge but still 00% and same message
Blease help me how I can recharge it into 60% as your recomandation

The following page should help. Especially read the post about leaving batteries go a long time without charging. Basically to condense the posts, batteries that are left for a long time (and yours fit that bill) will discharge so far that they cannot be safely recharged and in fact may be dead.

Explain More
The battery is Dell battery slice given error when I have charging directly is red flashing after 5 second of charge pluge continusslly
When I inserted to computer it flshing same when it flash the message showing idle connection error to 2 second then for 5 second charging health normal then red flash.. As you see in attached photo
Continued this issue for 24 hours
So . Please if you have solution please help me
