Latitude E5470
Hi I tried cutting my computer on but the power light will stay on for about 2 secs and cut off while my screen is still black. I noticed when I try to power it on the light blinks 4 times white and two orange then at some point it starts to just blink orange

This is a memory failure -- unplug the system, remove or disconnect the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec.
Remove and reinstall the memory module(s). See if the system will then POST.
