Latitude E5570 plugged not charging
My laptop is working only when plugged, the battery status is ok, but doesn't charge.When i detach, it turns off.The charge indicator always shows 16%.Did someone had the same issue???

Verify first that the AC adapter is detected properly - if it shows "unknown" in system setup, the battery will not charge (though the system will run). F2 at powerup to check.
If the adapter is recognized but the battery won't charge, it sounds like you need a new battery.
