Latitude e5570 System Thread Exception not Handled
Without going into too much detail, the laptop started blue screening a couple of weeks ago. After much frustration, and a reimage, updating bios and drivers from Dell's site, etc, the problem was solved by disabling bluetooth. Unfortunately the problem returned after getting a windows update. The only update seen in "features and programs" for that date was "Microsoft Update Health Tools 2.75.0.0". With some extra effort, I was able to uninstall the patch in safe mode, and the system has been stable for about a day. For the time being, I have paused Windows Updates.
Is this a known issue, and is Dell working with Microsoft on this issue so that the next version of Micorsoft Update Health Tools will not conflict, and start the whole process over again?

We tried reaching you on a private message asking for the Service Tag number to ascertain the warranty but did not receive a response. Please feel free to reply to the private message whenever you are available.

The laptop is out of warranty--I don't need help, I am just trying to report a problem that should be researched.
