Latitude e6410 black screen
Hi! I have a latitude e6410 that does not go beyond a black screen after the windows logo, I have a monitor at home and I have been able to verify that windows does load, but it is not shown on the laptop screen. I have tried everything and even started windows in safe mode, this time windows was loaded on the screen of the laptop but I have not managed to make it work without the safe mode. Do you have any idea how I could fix it? Thanks and sorry for my English, i'm a from a Spanish country

This is a old laptop.
Did you buy it used?

No, I actually got it from an aunt because I had another bug that made it shut down on its own, but I managed to fix that one. I don't think the problem was before since I had the opportunity to use it for a while until the screen turned off

Oh But I didn't uncover the laptop to fix it, I just factory reset it and it was fixed. Anyway do you have any idea what may be the cable that causes the problem?

You could have disloged a cable when you fixed the "bug".
Hard to tell.
