Latitude e6430 upgrade

Hi all,

New to the community and i've read through some specific posts but i would like to ask general upgrade question.

My Latitude e6430 has an i5-3380M @ 2.9 Ghz, 8 gb ram, windows 7 and Nvidia NVS 5200M.  i use this laptop for general use and some gaming.  I find it isn't always capable of handling the load.

I have seen posts on upgrading cpus.  My question is, can i and what would be the best / easiest upgrade to get the best gaming performance out of my system?  i would like to upgrade the cpu to the highest possible level but can i upgrade the video card/ or onboard video as well?
