Latitude E6440 not starting
I have been using an old dell latitude E6440, and the warranty has expired. I went to power it on today, and the power button came on, then dimly network blinked once softly, then the hard disk light blinked. Then it turns off. And keeps repeating its self until I unplug and take out the power of the laptop. I have been looking on the community to similar questions and have done everything with no avail. Does anyone know this problem and how to solve it?

I'm assuming windows 10 is on the computer, also assume computer is over 5 years old.....
Please run Dell Off Line Diagnostic to check the Hardware within the computer by following steps below:
1. Power off computer.
2. Power on computer, quickly start tapping F12 key continuously until you see Preparing One Time Boot Menu in top corner of screen. In Dell Preboot menu, select Diagnostic. Report back any error code.
Also, expand Diagnostic, and then select Device Status Lights in link below. The status lights should help you get a better view of what going on with the computer.
