Latitude E7240
I purchased a used laptop and it was running win 11pro. I updated the hard drive and doubled the ram. Now it saying that this laptop is not win11 compatible. I'm not sure what to do can anyone help me with this please.

It will run Windows 11, but only in unsupported mode (which is how whoever set up the system installed it).
Some features will be unavailable, and windows updates will need to be done manually (the automated installation will fail due to the CPU being unsupported by Windows 11).
If you're not comfortable with that and have return privileges, exercise them. If you want a fully supported Windows 11 install, the minimum CPU needed is an 8th generation Intel core or AMD Ryzen of similar vintage.
