Latitude failed after 11 months
I am customer

My Dell Latitude has failed completely in under a year. From the start it arrived without essential components notably a sound card.
II am an individual customer and Dell has treated me badly. My Latitude has failed completely in under a year.
My view is that an individual customer ranks poorly with Dell. According to UK consumer law a product should last two years. This laptop failed in under 12 months. I think Dell supplied an incomplete model. It is ... dead having short circuited or some such.
An individual customer ranks as the lowest of the low as Dell is only interested in the size of organization.
That the Latitude E 7450 failed in just under a year is remarkable. Potential purchasers be warned!

A 10 year old notebook failed after one year (the E7450 was released in 2015)?

No response from Dell.
Under UK law goods need to function for two years

I bought the Latitude 5550 as brand new. But since arrival with missing parts has been defective.

As an individual customer Dell only asks about the size of my organization. As a sole customer Dell just sells a laptop with missing components and now it has totally failed.

That’s really unfortunate. A laptop failing in under a year is unacceptable—hoping you get a proper fix or replacement soon.
