I'll mark it as the best answer

Installed the dell wirelless driver and could connect to the Wi-FI.

First, be sure you've installed:

1.  The Dell notebook system software

2.  The Intel chipset drivers.

Then verify which wired adapter you have (Broadcom or Intel).  Support.dell.com, enter service tag, choose "original configuration".  Verify which wireless adapter you have as well.  Download and install the correct drivers. DO NOT guess here - if you install the incorrect driver, you can easily render the system a state where even the correct drivers won't install.

Similarly, do not attempt to install the network drivers without 1 and 2 in place.  Without these, even the correct drivers will not load correctly.

@ejn63

I've typed my service tag and clicked the file to download my system info, however the file is blank.

I think these two drivers you were talking about were installed(will check anyway), because I managed to successfully install graphic drivers and audio.

EDIT:

I think I have broadcom because when I've installed the broadcom drivers(found them on Dell forum) they were working(the network icon appeared on the task bar)

Ok, I've installed broadcom network drivers and they've managed to show the network icon on the taskbar, however there's no WI-FI in the area list.

So I think it would work with the Ethernet cable, but I need to connect to WI-FI too.

I'm sitting at home using a dell d620 with Windows 10 32 bit and 4 gigs of ram. The solution to the driver issues isn't on Dell support page. Unless someone knows how to write driver files in a .dll format. But what I did was use a third party driver solution type program and download all the drivers manualls on trial software because I cannot afford to buy expensive software after paying bills etc.

You can run windows 10 64 bit on the d620 but your not going to have an awesome gaming experience lol. Games require nvidia video cards with and 64 bit operating software. I use mine for mixing and mastering music I write. I also became fond of graphical interface programming. That could be a soulution also, however i design guitar effects pedal plugins not software.
