"Please Wait" on boot while connected to Dell Docking Station / Dockless screens
I'm running into an issue where my laptop displays a "Please Wait" message during boot only when it's connected to my Dell docking station. When the laptop is undocked and booted directly, it starts up normally without delay.

What is the computer model. OS installed and the docking station model?

We use different model of dell latitude devices in our organization.
