Power button blinks once

Question

Dear all, I got a query today, my laptop is black screen and not turning on when I am connecting it to adapter and press power button, it turn on for about 2 seconds with black screen and turn off again then it turn on by itself again and turn off immediately after a voice of beep and blink and it’s repeatedly going on.   I removed RAM and checked and the same CMOS battery and HDD but none of them bring changes while removing or connecting. I also pressed power button for 20 seconds and checked even without battery but its the same.   I need your help. Model: Dell Latitude e7440

Hold down the "D" key, push the power button, release the power button, wait 2-3 seconds and release the "D" key

The laptop should go through an LCD test of solid White, Red, Green, Blue and Black 2 or 3 times.

After completion it should try to automatically boot 2 or 3 times.

Hey U2,

I did it and it went to solid screen several times but when it was trying to boot I heard a beep sound and turned off and at the same timed it turned off ac adapter and I need to unplug it from socket and plug back.

@U2CAMEB4ME​ brother it did the LCD test 2-3 times but it just turned off immediately after completing it
