Precision 3520, charging issues

Anyways. Here's my problem. The last, for now, problem I've had with my Precision 3520. When I plug it in, it charges. Then stops. Then charges. Then stops. And it goes on for EVER. So, for once, do your job and get me a solution for this. It is ENOUGH. This 1777€ computer lasted TWO YEARS. This is plain unacceptable. It kept on breaking HDDs. Fixed by changing to an SSD. Then it only worked when a iPhone 5 was under the bottom right corner. Not joking. Anything else didn't work. It kept freezing and wouldn't even boot past the windows round loading thing without the iphone. Fixed by free replacement mobo. Then, it wouldn't see the headphones if they weren't plugged in at boot. By the way, the hinges are bad too. They have a 5-ducking-millimeter play.
