Problematic Audio Drivers that Keep Reinstalling

I purchased a Latitude 5420 a few months ago. It came with the standard RealTek audio driver and a few other RealTek and Wave drivers that I not only do not need but cannot have because they interfere with my assistive technology. I tried going to device manager to remove them, but they reinstall on reboot, sometimes before. How do I get rid of these annoying things? Why did Dell install these things? Please help.
