Receiving Device Freeze Message
I purchased Dell Latitude E6430 as a used laptop. It means that the product warranty is not available to me. I am receiving a Device Freeze message after using the laptop for a few days. The Device Freeze screen appears as soon as the laptop boots. The message reads as follows:
Caption: DeviceFreeze-[Code]
This device is the property of "xxcompany" and has been Offline for more than 21 days. Please if you do not have any use for this computer return it to xxcompany as there is some one else that might needed. THIS COMPUTER HAS BEEN FROZEN. Support reference code: "21 Days offline policy"
When this white screen appears, I cannot do anything on the laptop.
However, I can reinstall the operating system using the USB flash drive. I did this and installed Windows 10 Professional Edition. The laptop was usable for a few days. I was not offline for 21 days as the message mentions. Even before 21 days, I received the same device freeze message again.
Please update me if I can do anything to remove this Device Freeze message. I pressed F12 on the device boot and ran the diagnostic test. The diagnostic test ran successfully, but after that, when I started Windows in the Normal way, the Device Freeze screen appeared again. I can still access all BIOS Setup options.

@shehzaddeveloper Hey there I have some questions regarding the situation what if you flash the BIOS as from what I am suspecting the BIOS is programmed to install the rpcnetp.exe. If something changes please let me know. Have a good time.
