Screen flickers

I was installing some software, at some point a portion of the monitor started flickering (it depends on the program but it is more or less limited to where you see in the attached photo), then at some point after I restored the recommended screen settings it was disappeared, and then resumed a few hours later, I launched all possible tests and no one reported errors or problems, I also uninstalled the (integrated) graphics card and re-downloaded the drivers, also at the level of the LCD panel I did not notice any damage or pixel burns, any possible solution?IMG_2299.JPG

Could be hardware issue.

Did you run Dell Diagnostics?

Yes, but no problems were detected, I uninstalled all the programs installed later and then reinstalled, the problem occurs while I use Visual Studio 2019

This situation happens after a while from the liting on average 5-10 minutes, then I try to restart and even in the BIOS you see sometimes, then it happens that I turn off a few minutes and rekindle, the phenomenon does not recur immediately but only after a few minutes

That sounds like a heat-intolerant faulty chip in the display -- but it's not repairable short of replacing the screen.

Okay, I guess there is nothing that can be done to prevent this situation

I used the pc for about an hour after which the problem appeared, but by pressing windows + p and selecting only the second screen and then repeating but selecting only the pc screen the problem disappeared ... so I know that it is precisely the problem of heat
