"standard hardware security not supported" even all device security components are enabled

Hello respected members. I am facing this issue with my i7-11Th gen latitude7420 with win11pro, where TPM, core isolation, secure boot and device encription are enabled but still windows security shows a yellow icon in system tray notifying "actions recommended" and in "device security", it says "standard hardware security not supported".

I'm wondering what's wrong with windows security? which action is recommended and why the hardware security not supported even everything is enabled, up and running?
