Thanks for posting.  Apologies that your system is not performing as expected.

The best method to resolve this is to remove the SupportAssist from the computer.  

Steps required:

• Do a complete removal of support assist (all SA programs in change/uninstall programs need to be removed)
• Use a 3rd party uninstaller tool to clean the system of SA
• Install the latest version of SA from Support Site
• If it fails, you may need to perform a PC refresh, reset, or a complete Operating System Reinstall.

Or, if you can wait until June 4th, there will be a new version of SA released.

De facto já tinha feito o que sugeriu várias vezes e sem resultado. O erro continua a ocorrer. 

Actualizações para o Windows 8 já não estão disponíveis. 

Vou aguardar pela nova versão do SupportAssist. 

Sabe como posso saber que já está disponível a nova versão ?

Que ferramenta deverei usar para desinstalar o SA uma vez que não é possivel fazê-lo fazendo unistall in program and features ?

I'm trying to install Support Assist (SA) and I see the error:

Installation canceled

We encountered an error when installing the necessary framework. Restart your PC and try again.

I have done this operation several times and the error remains.

I have already removed and reinstalled the .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 8 but SA does not install it.
Can you help please?
