Thunderbolt 3 support

Question

Hello, I need to check Thunderbolt 3 support on my Latitude 7480 laptop. I found information on the Internet that not all laptops of this model have Thunderbolt support. Ways to check support from the Internet did not give me any results. There is no Thunderbolt in the device manager, BUT if I start updating Thunderbolt hardware or drivers to support Thunderbolt, then Thunderbolt temporarily appears in the task manager. I updated the bios to the latest version. Now I found an old version of Thunderbolt software and it seems to say that everything is fine, but I’m still not sure because the task manager is empty.p.s.  In the BIOS the settings for turning on the thunderbolt are active

Dell.com/support -- look up the original configuration using the service tag number.

@ejn63​ Thanks man, my laptop actually has a thunderbolt! All that remains is to find out why it is not working correctly

I have the same problem (Thunderbolt shows up for a second during update and then disappears again).  Did you ever find a resolution?  I read in some Dell document that it might have to do with a Group Policy setting, but they didn't give the actual fix.  They copped out and linked to a Microsoft support page that I didn't find helpful.
