Touchscreen not working E7470

Hello, 

I have a problem with my touchscreen in E7470. Sometimes when I turn the laptop on, the screen is totally black but the laptop is working. Sometimes I tried to touch the screen several times and finally it came back to life, but this does not happens very often. At the end I have to connect the laptop to an external monitor to see the desktop. It seems like the touchscreen is always suspended. Is there any way to fix this?
