Update BIOS using SCCM

Hello,

I need to update BIOS to multiple devices using SCCM. Below command requires 

Supervisor Password to be provided as input at the filed PASSWORD.

Latitude_5430_1.15.0.exe" /s /p=PASSWORD

Please let me know how to use encrypted password here. so that passwords will be in plain text.
