Upgrading CPU on Latitude e7470

Is there any way to upgrade the CPU? Overclock it a bit? Maybe a new motherboard that'll be compatible if not? I'm out of warranty so it won't matter much.

Thanks in advance to anyone taking the time to read me.

You must replace the mainboard to upgrade the CPU, which is soldered to the mainboard -- whether you can or not depends on your current CPU.  No board for this system will support overclocking at all.

Not really, no -- it's a specification including many business-centric and network management features used mostly by businesses.  You won't gain much as an individual user, and certainly not in performance.

Thank you. Too bad then I can't upgrade it more since I'm running with a i7 6600u vPro. Apparently is the topmost I can get with e7470.

Does the vPro mean more performance?
