Waves MaxxAudio Pro app, not working

Hi,

I'm currently having problems with getting the Waves MaxxAudio Pro app working on a new build to recognise when headphones are plugged into the laptops (Latitude 3400 & 3490) and desktops (Optiplex 3060 & 3070). The Waves MaxxAudio Pro app will crash whenever you try to open the program manually and whenever you try to start the Waves Audio service, it comes up with an error saying: "Error 2: The system cannot find the file specified." The app did manage to install correctly as well, even though I need to use an offline version of it.

I've also tried to find alternate solutions by trying to uninstall and reinstall the Realtek audio drivers and also tried to find a Dell Audio Manager for recognizing when headphones are plugged in and I've been unsuccessful with that as well.

This is to create a reusable Windows 10 image for use by our Windows Deployment Services server.

Any advice, will be appreciated please.

Kind Regards.

Thank you! We have received the required details. We will work the issue. You may also receive assistance or suggestions from the community members.

Update October 30 =
I managed to get the program working on the computers, even though there are issues with audio drivers needing to be updated. After removing the drivers, once the build is complete and installing them again, the sound is fine.
