Wi-fi connection issues
I have a Latitude 5500 with a Intel Wireless AC9560 160Mhz wireless card. After I restart the computer it will not connect to my Wi-fi. It says my credentials have changed and asks for the password again. I reenter the password and it will not accept it. Eventually after "forgetting" the network and typing the password 20 or so times it will connect. This is a daily thing. I have several other devices on my Wifi with no issues. I've tried updating the driver but it says it has the correct one. Please help!

Run an anti virus scan and download, install, and scan the system with Malwarebytes Free. It may be nothing or it may be your account on the network has been compromised. This link has some relevant info.
And this site for Malwarebytes Free.

No viruses and no malware. Computer was brand new in August. Of course I had to send it back the week I got it because it would turn on by itself. Then photos would not open and I had to get windows support involved because Dell does not support "software". Wiped it clean (all I had done was install Itunes and Chrome) with a new windows install. That fixed the photo app. But now this... This computer has been nothing but a nightmare since I purchased it. If I could return it I would!
