Wrong Bios file being hosted for 3190

I am trying to upgrade my bios on a Dell 3190 from here: Dell Latitude 3190 and 3190 2-in-1 System BIOS | Driver Details | Dell Canada

When I try, I am being told that the bios is for a E7430 I believe it was and wont flash. Please post the correct driver for a 3190.
