I have the same system except with a 256gb SSD. I'm in the process now of trying to install 12.04 lts but am at a standstill. I'm setting up my partitions when I run across a couple of extra partitions, one for efi and one that's fat 32. My question is can I safely delete these partitions if I'm not wanting to dual boot into windows? Are there drivers or bios files installed in these partitions that are needed?
