@anne_droid

I went to the Drivers & Downloads page. At first, when I selected “detect drivers for my device”, Alienware Command Center didn’t appear at all.

But when I changed it to “show all drivers for all systems”, it showed up — exactly the same link you sent (the 6.x Full Installer).

I downloaded it, and the first time it didn’t work and gave me a message that AlienFX is not available on my system.

I uninstalled it, downloaded it again, installed it, and then it worked fine.

Hi

I spy 2 possible installs...

Alienware Command Center 6.x
Recommended  21 Oct 2025
Application  Download
Alienware Command Center 6.x - Full Installer for Alienware/Dell G Series System
Recommended  20 Oct 2025
Application  Download
But I cannot say why they are not compatible.
NB: You shouldn't show your service tag.  No doubt the Mods will modify your post.

Hi

No, you only have a few minutes to edit anything, therefore the Mods will amend it I am sure.

Can you pass along the solution?
