fax and scan support on 3115

Are there plans to provide Linux support for anything other than Postscript printing? I'm particularly interested in using the fax and scan capability of MFPs, in particular the 3115cn.

I bought this on the assurance that it was compatible with Linux only to find out that the compatibility is limited to the printer. Why no fax? The scanner is TWAIN so should be simple to support but there is no networked scanner support either.

In future, Dell could make these limitations more clear on the website.
