Your disk geometry is all messed up. Your partitions should be in order like:

Disk /dev/sda: 160.0 GB, 160041885696 bytes
255 heads, 63 sectors/track, 19457 cylinders
Units = cylinders of 16065 * 512 = 8225280 bytes
Disk identifier: 0x00000080

   Device Boot      Start         End      Blocks   Id  System
/dev/sda1   *           1        4864    39070048+  83  Linux
/dev/sda2            4865       19457   117218272+   5  Extended
/dev/sda5            4865       19210   115234213+  83  Linux
/dev/sda6           19211       19457     1983996   82  Linux swap / Solaris

your partitions are not aligned at all, try following start-end sectors, should be /dev/sda1 at start 1 and sda2 continoues where sda1 ended and so on... Either windows or linux messed up your drive and i tip on windows because it seems that u first installed linux then windows (or drive info is so messed up that i cant interpret it correctly). I dont know how your system is functioning at all. Try running partition magic software under windows and try repairing the drive geomtry or repartition whole drive from the start ...
