Help please...blue screen error

I have a blue screen error that reads the following:
"STOP:  c0000135  {Unable to Locate Component}
This application....because user32.dll was not found.  Reinstalling may fix the problem"
how do reinstall user32.dll when all i have is the blue screen error erver time i restart my computer?

Since Linux never gives a "Blue Screen Of Death" I guess that you are using Windoze of some kind. Formatting the hard drive and installing a stable operating system such as Linux would be the best solution for the problem. Posting to one of the Windoze forums may give you the answers your looking for though.

You have a few options... but, as ByCo pointed out, this is the wrong forum to ask in.
You could
(1) Boot the windows (recovery) CD, start a recovery console, and copy the file manually, which may or may not work
(2) Re-install windows, which would delete all your files (last I checked, windows won't let you reinstall over an existing install)
(3) Buy another hard drive, install windows onto that, allowing access to your files from the old hard drive.
