Most drivers are included in linux by default. Granted, it's a complete headache if you need drivers that are not included by default... Anyways, I know the Intel wireless and the ethernet will work right away without you having to install anything. However, if you have the Broadcom wireless (the Dell-branded wireless, like Dell WLAN 1350), you will have to fiddle with a driver (it's called ndiswrapper).
