Linux on a XPS M170?

Has anyone tried putting Linux on a XPS M170?  I've only found a few links through Google...

I just received my XPS M170 on 4/18, first boot was off of an Ubuntu 5.10 install disk. Everything worked "out of the box" (excluding proprietary nvidia drivers, but nothing apt-get install nvidia-glx couldn't fix). Also running WoW, Guild Wars and City of Heroes on it through Cedega. All three work great. Only thing missing is a tool to change the LED colors on the XPS grills and panel.

Hello, 2 questions:

- concerning the Linux installation: are you using the full resolution 1920x1200 ?
How is it behaving when displaying small text ?

- I remember some remarks about the reflexions on TrueLife TFT displays; any comment on that subject ?

Thanks

1. Yes, I'm using full resolution currently. No issues with small text, however I changed all of the default text sizes as soon as I booted it the first time to larger fonts. Not because of problems, just because they were too small. So I'm not too sure if there is a problem.

2. I think the screen looks great, no issues as long as I keep it clean. It doesn't handle smudges as well as normal LCD panels because of the reflection. Other than that, the color is great, backlight is great and performance is great.
