[Linux] Overheating Problem Latitude 7490 in Simple Tasks

I'm using Debian 11, the system consumes very low resources and Im having overheating problems while doing simple tasks like watch 1080p videos, open various tabs in the navigator and work in other apps like code editors.

I tried changing the fan speed in the bios, but i realized the bios doesn't have an option to change the fan speed at certain temperature.

My only options to solve this problem is changing the thermal paste and use some Linux programs to control the fan speed, but i like to know if exist any way to change the fan speed in the bios.

As an extra piece of information, I have noticed that the fans do not reach their maximum performance when they exceed 70-80 degrees.
