Linux Video Driver for Optiplex 790 USFF
Optiplex 790 USFF
Are there possibly third party video drivers for this? Or, maybe one that will work from another make/model. I don't really want to use a "pretend" OS like Windows with all the anti-malware that has to come along for the ride.

Doesn't Linux install the needed drivers? I've ran Ubuntu and it installed everything needed.
There are no Linux video drivers for this model on the Dell downloads. Considering the age (the manual has a 2011 date - past the "5 year" mark) you are probably on your own.
