m1330 bios A10 update linux
I found the A10 bios for the XPS m1330 (released on May 5 at http://ftp.us.dell.com/bios/M1330A10.EXE). Searching for how to update my bios with Ubuntu, I found http://www.ducea.com/2007/08/27/dell-bios-firmware-updates-on-debian/ which points to http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/bios-hdrs/ for getting linux-compatible bios images. However, this last url does not seem to contain version A10 of the bios for the product id 0x0209 supposed to represent the m1330 (got that id from "getSystemId").
How can I make this update under linux?

Thanks. that works fine.
they don't say it explicitely but you have to install "firmware-tools" beforehand.
