NVidia Graphics Driver on Ubuntu based OS on M3800
Hi, recently bought an M3800 Developer Edition and have replaced Ubuntu with Linux Mint 17.1.
There are a couple of issues I'm having which I'll cover in separate posts. This one is to do with the NVidia Quadro K1100M graphics card and the 4K display.
If I set the NVidia applet to use the NVidia GPU then shortly after I log in, the curser goes extremely small and I can hardly see anything on the screen. Also I seem to be using a totally different set of icons and screen furniture compared to using the Intel GPU, no wallpaper, etc. The driver I'm using is nvidia-352.21-0ubuntu0-xedgers14.04.1.
Any help to enable me to get my money's worth out of this device would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Craig
