Precision 5520 with Ubuntu in Canada?

I notice that the 5520 is available with Ubuntu on the USA store, but not in Canada.  I probably don't need a new system any-time soon (still rocking the amazing m3800!), but I might be looking to upgrade perhaps next year and the 5520 looks like an amazing laptop.

EDIT: Actually I see that Ubuntu is available for the anniversary edition, but I don't see it for the standard edition.
