Just run the dell-recovery command from the terminal, the same prompts pop up as did during initial start-up.
$ dell-recovery

Thanks - I ended up using startup disk creator and the factory iso file. Haven't had a need to try it.
Is there benefit to the dell-recovery approach compared to this?
