The Generic version 18.04.2 works AFAIKT
This system was tested with 18.04.0 LTS, running the 4.15.0-1012-oem kernel.

If you didn't order with ubuntu best way to try this is ALONGSIDE windows 10.

I have a dell vostro 5481 and i DO NOT recommend using ubuntu, i got so much freezes using it, mint is much better and im on the tests to find out more distros.
Pop OS 20 -> freezes
Debian 10 -> no wifi
Deepin -> almost perfect but bluetooth interfere on wifi
Mint -> recomended no problems
